摘　　要：介绍了SY9000Plus控制系统在实际运行过程中,出现主处理器模块同时诊断到卡件离线、I/O卡件无故报警、上位机画面显示错误、上位机组态软件组态随意性大等问题,采取对硬件主板增加物理防护、I/O卡件固件版本升级、软件版本升级、加强组态修改管理及提高人员技能水平等措施,取得了良好的效果。This paper introduces some problems of SY9000 Plus control system simultaneously diagnosed by the main processor module in its actual operation,such as card offline,arbitrary I/O card alarm sounding,upper computer screen display error,and random configuration of upper computer configuration software.The following countermeasures are taken,such as increasing physical protection of hardware motherboard,upgrading the firmware of I/O card,upgrading the software,strengthening management of configuration modification and improving the skill level of relevant personnel.
