摘　　要：基于国家开放大学学习网平台学习数据和调查问卷结果,运用计算机统计技术,本文研究了台州开放大学在开放教育下对学生学习行为差异化的影响因素。详细地分析了影响学生学习行为的6个因素,其中可分为个人因素和环境因素,此外还分析了学习行为过程与学习行为效果的相关性,并在此基础上提出了一系列优化开放教育和学习支持服务的方法与措施。Based on the learning data of the National Open University Learning Network and the results of the questionnaire,and using computer statistical techniques,this paper studies the influencing factors of the differentiation of the learning behaviour of open education students in Taizhou Open University.Six personal and environmental factors affecting students’learning behaviours are analysed in detail,in addition to the correlation between the process of learning behaviours and the effect of learning behaviours,on the basis of which a series of methods and measures to optimise open education learning support services are proposed.
