摘 要:本文首先分析了高校传统电脑办公存在的弊端,通过详细介绍基于云计算技术设计开发的云办公平台概念、特点、优势,重点提出了高校办公系统利用云办公平台实现内部办公、外部办公、远程办公、协同办公等功能,满足科研开发应用需求。文章还探讨了云办公平台结合人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)、区块链等技术,实现智能化办公应用的可行性。最后总结了云办公平台在数据安全性、平台部署灵活性、投资成本、用户体验和运维方面的优势,指出部署云办公平台是高校现代化办公的重要发展趋势。This article first analyzes the drawbacks of traditional computer office in universities,and through a detailed introduction to the concept,characteristics and advantages of cloud office platforms designed and developed based on cloud computing technology,it focuses on proposing that university office systems use cloud office platforms to achieve internal office,external office,remote office,collaborative office and other functions to meet the needs of scientific research and development applications.The article also explores the feasibility of combining cloud office platforms with artificial intelligence(AI),blockchain and other technologies to achieve intelligent office applications.Finally,it summarizes the advantages of cloud office platforms in data security,platform deployment flexibility,investment costs,user experience,and operation and maintenance,pointing out that deploying cloud office platforms is an important development trend for modern office in universities.
