摘　　要：新时代发展背景下,计算机信息处理技术在各个行业中均有广泛应用。以人事档案工作为例,信息化建设俨然已经成为助力人事档案管理质量与效率持续提升的关键内容。本文简述了人事档案信息化建设的重要价值,并分析了新时期计算机信息处理技术在人事档案信息化进程中的应用隐患与技术,阐述了计算机信息处理技术在人事档案信息化进程中的应用要点,以期能够为人事档案信息化建设工作提供一些参考与帮助。Under the background of the development of the new era,computer information processing technology has been widely used in various industries.Taking the work of personnel files as an example,its information construction has become a key content to help the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of personnel files management.This paper briefly describes the important value of personnel files informatization construction,and based on the hidden dangers and technical analysis of the application of computer information processing technology in the process of personnel files informatization in the new era,expounds several application points of computer information processing technology in the process of personnel files informatization,hoping to provide some reference and help for the construction of personnel files informatization.
