摘　　要：针对智能拧紧系统无线传输难题,本研究成功研发了安全无线拧紧控制系统,攻克了适配器、控制终端和接收模块设计,建立了与上游系统的通信链路,确保任务与数据的安全无线传输。这一成果为制造企业带来新思路和技术支持,提升了生产效率与信息安全水平。In response to the challenge of wireless transmission in intelligent tightening systems,This research successfully developed a safe wireless tightening control system,overcoming the design of adapters,control terminals,and receiving modules,and establishing a communication link with upstream systems to ensure secure wireless transmission of tasks and data.This achievement brings new ideas and technical support to manufacturing enterprises,enhancing production efficiency and information security levels.
