摘　　要：该文重点介绍中国移动在算网、数据和产品方面的优势,以及在基础设施打造、数据资源体系和数据能力图谱建设等方面的创新实践。同时,开创性地规划了中国移动在数据要素流通方向的全面布局,即从大数据服务对象和角色定位出发提出交付平台建设、数据治理与运营服务、数据承销与第三方托管服务等重要举措,以期为促进中国移动大数据业务发展及数字经济发展贡献力量。The article focuses on the advantages of China Mobile in computing networks,data,and products,as well as its innovative practices in infrastructure construction,data resource system,and data capability graph construction.At the same time,China Mobile has innovatively planned a comprehensive layout in the direction of data element circulation,proposing five important measures from the perspective of big data service objects and role positioning,including delivery platform construction,data governance and operation services,data underwriting and third-party custody services,in order to contribute to the development of China Mobile's big data business and digital economy.
