摘　　要：实现心理育人工作可持续、高质量发展需要构建科学有效的网络心理育人体系,这既是应对网络时代发展的机遇与挑战,也是推动人才建设的强有力保障。网络心理育人体系的生态建构遵循生态学理念,融合“互联网+”思维,具有内外平衡性、多向维度性,以智慧和发展性教育为目标,通过构建各级联动网络心理育人互动机制和实施积极的全方位心灵培育模式等策略,实现以“互联网+”为支撑的生态化教育。To achieve sustainable and high-quality development of psychological education,it is necessary to build a scientific and effective network psychological education system.This is not only an opportunity and challenge to cope with the development of the Internet era,but also a strong guarantee to promote talent construction.The ecological construction of the online psychological education system follows the ecological concept,integrates the"Internet+"thinking,has internal and external balance,multi-dimensional,and aims at intelligent and developmental education.Through the construction of interactive mechanisms for online psychological education at all levels and the implementation of positive all-round spiritual cultivation mode and other strategies,the ecological education supported by"Internet+"is realized.
