心理疏导结合情感支持干预对急诊留观患者睡眠质量的改善效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究心理疏导结合情感支持干预在急诊留观患者中的临床干预效果,并浅析护理模式对患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2023年1月至12月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的急诊留观患者130例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施心理疏导+情感支持护理模式。对比干预前后患者负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分及急诊留观和住院时间。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分和抑郁评分降低幅度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急诊留观时间、住院时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊留观患者运用心理疏导结合情感支持护理可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁障碍,改善患者睡眠质量水平。Objective:To explore the clinical intervention effect of psychological counseling combined with emotional support nursing in emergency observation patients,and to analyze the influence of nursing mode on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 130 emergency patients admitted to Xinglin Branch,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for study,divided into two groups according to the random number table method:control group and observation group implemented routine nursing intervention mode,65 cases in total;the observation group implemented psychological counseling+emotional support nursing mode,65 cases.Comparative indicators:sleep quality score,negative mood score,emergency stay and stay before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,Sleep quality score,anxiety score and depression score decreased significantly in observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the duration of emergency observation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling and emotional support nursing for emergency observation patients can reduce their anxiety and depression disorders,improve their sleep quality.
