以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式干预对胰腺癌手术患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析胰腺癌手术患者应用以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式干预模式的临床效果。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的胰腺癌手术患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行基于优化心理和睡眠的体贴式干预,就2组患者护理效果进行组间比较。结果:观察组患者舒适度高于对照组,且癌因性疲乏评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺癌患者应用以优化心理和睡眠为核心的体贴式干预模式,可有效缓解疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量,改善癌因性疲乏症状,且舒适度较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the considerate intervention mode which focuses on optimizing psychology and sleep in patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 68 patients with pancreatic cancer were obtained between November 2022 and December 2023 from First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received considerate intervention based on optimizing psychology and sleep.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The comfort level of observation group was higher than that of the control group;the cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer are treated with a thoughtful intervention model that focuses on optimizing psychology and sleep can effectively relieve pain,improve self-efficacy,improve the symptoms of cancer fatigue,and have high comfort level,with clinical promotion value.
