手术室护理结合疼痛干预对创伤骨折患者术后恢复及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在创伤骨折患者手术中应用手术室干预联合疼痛干预的效果,分析该护理模式对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的创伤骨折患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组接受常规手术室干预,观察组接受手术室干预+疼痛干预模式。对比指标:术后指标恢复时间、术后不同时点疼痛度评分、睡眠质量评分以及术后并发症发生率。结果:同对照组相比,观察组术后首次下床活动天数、住院天数、骨折愈合周数均更短(P<0.05);对比术后第1天、第3天、第7天疼痛度评分和睡眠质量评分,观察组明显比对照组低(P<0.05);同对照组(25.00%)比较,观察组术后并发症发生率(5.56%)更低(P<0.05)。结论:对创伤骨折患者运用手术室干预与疼痛干预联合护理模式,可缩短患者术后骨折恢复时间,提升睡眠质量,降低术后疼痛感,控制并发症发生,使患者获得舒适护理体验。Objective:To explore the effect of operating room care combined with pain intervention in trauma fracture patients,and to analyze the effect of this nursing mode on patient sleep quality.Methods:A total of 72 trauma fracture patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were named as the control group and observation group.36 patients were included in the control group received routine operating room care;36 patients were included in the observation group received operating room care+pain intervention.Comparative indexes:postoperative recovery time,postoperative pain score,sleep quality score and postoperative complications.Results:Compared with the control group,the days of activity,hospitalization days and the fracture healing weeks were shorter(P<0.05);the pain scores and sleep quality scores in the 1 d,3 d and 7 d were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(25.00%),the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.56%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined nursing mode of operating room nursing and pain intervention for patients with trauma fracture can shorten the postoperative fracture recovery time,improve sleep quality,reduce postoperative pain,control the occurrence of complications,and make patients get comfortable nursing experience.
