劳拉西泮辅治对精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠和精神症状效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究劳拉西泮辅治对精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者的影响。方法:选取2021年12月至2023年1月福建医科大学附属福州神经精神病医院收治的精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照是否服用劳拉西泮分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上接受劳拉西泮治疗,比较2组临床疗效、睡眠状况、精神症状,以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:劳拉西泮辅治精神分裂症伴睡眠障碍患者疗效显著,能有效改善睡眠质量,同时改善精神状况,且不增加临床安全性风险。Objective:To explore the effect of lorazepam supplementation therapy on patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 80 cases of schizophrenia with sleep disorders from Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as objects,were divided into observation group and control group according to whether they took lorazepam,40 cases in each group,control group receive conventional treatment;on this basis,observation group receive lorazepam treatment,compare the two groups of clinical efficacy,sleep status,and mental symptoms,and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lorazepam in patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders can effectively improve sleep quality and mental condition without increasing clinical safety risk.
