综合干预改善肺癌晚期患者疼痛及睡眠质量的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合干预对肺癌晚期患者疼痛及睡眠质量的改善价值。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肺癌晚期患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行综合护理干预。对比2组疼痛、睡眠改善效果、睡眠质量、生命质量评分。结果:干预前,2组患者在视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、睡眠改善效果(睡眠时长、睡眠效率、入睡时间、觉醒次数)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,以及36条目简明健康量表(SF-36)评分的数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,在疼痛VAS评分、睡眠改善效果(睡眠时长、睡眠效率、入睡时间、觉醒次数)、睡眠质量PSQI评分,以及SF-36评分的数据上观察组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌晚期患者采取综合干预能够有效缓解患者疼痛情况,改善患者的睡眠质量和生命质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the value of coprehensive nursing intervention in pain and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer were screened,divided into a control group of 40 patients(usual care intervention)and a observation group of 40 patients(comprehensive care intervention)by random number table method.Pain,sleep improvement effect,sleep quality and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in visual analog Scale(VAS)score,sleep improvement effect(sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep time,wake times),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and 36-item Short Form Health Scale(SF-36)score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in pain VAS score,sleep improvement effect(sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep time,wake times),sleep quality PSQI score,and SF-36 score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of sleep and life,which is worth promoting.
