摘 要:本文针对开发车型后门内板局部模态频率未达到参考车型问题,通过模态应变能分析进行结构优化以提升内板局部模态频率。首先,通过HyperMesh建立后门钣金结构有限元模型并进行模态分析,识别模态发现内板局部模态未达标;然后,进行模态应变能分析找出内板局部模态薄弱点;最后,结合内板结构特点补强刚度不足的地方,提升内板局部模态频率。研究结果表明,基于模态应变能分析方法针对应变能集中位置补强结构能够有效地提升后门对应模态频率,提升后门动态性能。To solve the problem that the local modal frequency of the rear door inner panel of the developed model does not reach the reference model,the structural optimization is carried out through modal strain energy analysis to improve the local modal frequency of the inner plate.Firstly,the finite element model of the backdoor sheet metal structure was established by HyperMesh and the modal analysis was carried out to identify the modes and found that the local modes of the inner plate did not meet the standard.Then,the modal strain energy analysis was carried out to find out the local modal weak point of the inner plate.Finally,combined with the structural characteristics of the inner plate,the local modal frequency of the inner plate was increased by strengthening the insufficient stiffness.The results show that the modal strain energy analysis method can effectively increase the corresponding modal frequency and dynamic performance of the backdoor by reinforcing the structure at the concentrated position of the strain energy.
