摘 要:燃料电池发动机以氢气为动力源,靠氢气、空气在电堆内部发生电化学反应发电而释放能量。燃料电池发动机虽不受卡诺循环限制,但因辅机功耗、氢气利用率等因素,燃料电池发动机效率受工作环境、拉载工况等因素影响。本文计算不同工况下燃料电池发动机效率和氢气排放率,通过对比燃料电池发动机在稳态工况和动态工况下效率变化特性,为后续燃料电池发动机装车后整车动力分配和提高经济性等关键指标提供参考。Fuel cell engines use hydrogen as the power source,and rely on the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and air in the stack to generate electricity and release energy.Although the fuel cell engine is not limited by the Carnot cycle,the efficiency of the fuel cell engine is affected by the working environment,pulling conditions and other factors due to factors such as auxiliary power consumption and hydrogen utilization rate.In this paper,the efficiency and hydrogen emission rate of fuel cell engines under different working conditions are calculated,and the efficiency variation characteristics of fuel cell engines under steady-state and dynamic conditions are compared,so as to provide reference for key indicators such as vehicle power distribution and economic improvement after subsequent fuel cell engine installation.
