摘 要:燃煤飞灰含碳指标是燃煤锅炉燃烧效率的重要评价参数,因此在线飞灰含碳测量对实时指导锅炉燃烧参数控制及调整具有重要的参考意义。为进一步落实国家“双碳”政策,实现煤炭的高效利用、推进煤电节能减排、提高电煤利用效率、降低电煤消耗,开展燃煤电厂飞灰含碳在线监测研究与当前碳减排管理中的行业需求和企业需求是高度契合的。通过对比飞灰含碳监测技术现状,文章对基于无源质量感应式飞灰含碳量在线监测进行了研究与应用。经性能测试比对发现,飞灰含碳量测量偏差均控制在±10%以内,可及时参与燃烧过程的调整指导,从而确保燃煤更完全地燃烧,进而减少燃煤消耗和污染物排放,同时有效助力碳减排工作。The carbon content index of coal-fired fly ash is an important evaluation parameter for the combustion efficiency of coal-fired boilers.Therefore,online measurement of fly ash carbon content has important reference significance for real-time guidance of boiler combustion parameter control and adjustment.To further implement the national“dual carbon”policy,achieve efficient utilization of coal,promote energy conservation and emission reduction of coal-fired power plants,improve the efficiency of coal utilization,and reduce coal consumption,conducting online monitoring research on fly ash carbon content in coal-fired power plants is highly in line with the industry and enterprise needs in current carbon reduction management.By comparing the current status of carbon monitoring technology for fly ash,this article studies and applies online monitoring of carbon content in fly ash based on passive mass induction.Through performance testing and comparison,it was found that the measurement deviation of carbon content in fly ash is controlled within±10%,which can be adjusted and guided in a timely manner to ensure more complete combustion of coal,thereby reducing coal consumption and pollutant emissions,and effectively assisting carbon reduction work.
