摘　　要：近年来,BIM技术和虚拟现实(VR)技术在建筑行业的应用日益广泛,两者的结合为建筑行业带来了革命性变化。其中,BIM技术通过集成建筑项目的各种信息实现了设计、施工、运营管理等阶段的协同工作,而VR技术则通过模拟真实环境为用户提供了沉浸式的建筑体验。In recent years,BIM technology and virtual reality(VR)technology have been increasingly widely used in the construction industry,and the combination of the two has brought revolutionary changes to the construction industry.Among them,BIM technology realizes the collaborative work of design,construction,operation management and other stages by integrating various information of construction projects,while VR technology provides users with an immersive building experience by simulating the real environment.
