摘　　要：结合军队医院采购管理工作的现状与新需求,设计一个军队医院物资服务采购管理信息系统,实现采购工作从项目管理、需求管理、评审管理、合同管理、供应商管理到评审专家管理的全流程信息化管理。该系统涵盖以下方面的设计:总体结构、工作流程和主要功能。Based on the current situation and new requirements of military hospital procurement management,design a military hospital material service procurement management information system to achieve full process information management of procurement work from project management,requirement management,review management,contract management,supplier management to review expert management.The system covers the design of the following aspects:overall structure,workflow,and main functions.
