摘 要:为提高大型桥梁墩、台等大体积混凝土结构在浇筑施工阶段的温控防裂水平,基于智能闭环控制理念,提出一种以气温年较差和日较差为大体积混凝土温控气候分区主要指标的智能温控方法;以该方法为基础,构建智能温控系统(包括一体集成式桥梁智能温控装备和多端远程智能温控平台),完成桥梁大体积混凝土温度场的感知、分析、控制与反馈闭环。将该智能温控系统应用于内蒙古西拉沐沦河特大桥桥墩大体积混凝土施工,并提出个性化智能通水冷却措施,通过监测温度、裂缝等验证其应用效果。监测结果表明:大桥20个C50混凝土浇筑仓的混凝土浇筑块最高温度符合率为100%,内表温差符合率为90%,施工期浇筑块表面未出现温度裂缝,混凝土结构浇筑施工阶段质量较好,该智能温控系统及智能通水冷却措施能有效实现对大体积混凝土浇筑施工阶段的温控防裂。To improve the temperature control and crack prevention level of mass concrete structures such as bridge piers and pile caps at construction stage,an intelligent temperature control working method based on the concept of closed-loop control is proposed.This method takes the annual and diurnal temperature ranges as the main indicators for climate zoning of mass concrete.Based on this method,an intelligent temperature control system is developed,which includes an integrated bridge intelligent temperature control equipment and a multi-terminal remote intelligent temperature control platform.The system accomplishes the sensing,analysis,control,and feedback loop of the temperature fields of mass concrete components of the bridge.The intelligent temperature control system is applied to the construction of mass concrete piers of the Xilamulun River Bridge in Inner Mongolia based on bespoke intelligent cooling measures,and the application effects are verified through temperature and crack monitoring.The monitoring results show that the compliance rate of the highest temperature and temperature difference between surface and center of 20 mass concrete blocks(poured with C50 concrete)is 100% and 90%,respectively.No temperature cracks appear on the surfaces of the mass concrete blocks at construction stage,which reveals the excellent quality of the concrete.The intelligent temperature control system and intelligent cooling measures effectively achieve temperature control and crack prevention of mass concrete structures at construction stage.
