摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国的新能源建设正处于新一轮的发展阶段,但是高渗透率新能源的随机性、波动性也给电力系统静态电压稳定性分析带来了挑战。与此同时,电力电子技术的发展使得柔性交流输电系统(flexible AC transmission system,FACTS)在调节线路潮流、改善电力系统静态电压稳定性方面得到广泛应用。提出了一种考虑新能源不确定性的含分布式静止同步串联补偿器(distributed static series compensator,DSSC)的电力系统静态电压稳定性概率评估方法。首先分析了新能源并网系统的静态电压稳定机理。然后阐述了DSSC的工作原理,建立了DSSC的等效功率注入模型,并基于此模型推导出含DSSC的潮流方程。其次基于潮流计算方程提出了一种能映射新能源不确定性的静态电压稳定性指标,并采用蒙特卡洛模拟法实现了系统静态电压稳定性指标概率评估。最后通过算例分析验证了高渗透率新能源的不确定性导致系统静态电压稳定指标分布范围变大,系统失稳概率增加,合理配置DSSC能够有效提升电力系统静态电压稳定性,所提方法能够准确反映新能源不确定性对电网稳定性的影响,具有一定的工程应用价值。With the proposal of the"dual carbon"goal,China's new energy construction is in a new stage of development.However,the randomness and volatility of high permeability new energy also pose challenges to the static voltage stability analysis of the power system.At the same time,the development of power electronics technology has led to the widespread application of flexible AC transmission system(FACTS)in regulating power flow and improving static voltage stability of power systems.A probability assessment method is proposed for static voltage stability of power systems with distributed static series compensator(DSSC)considering the uncertainty of new energy sources.Firstly,the static voltage stability mechanism of the new energy grid connected system is analyzed.Then,the working principle of DSSC is explained,an equivalent power injection model of DSSC is established,and based on this model,the power flow equation containing DSSC is derived.Secondly,based on the power flow calculation equation,a static voltage stability index that can map the uncertainty of new energy sources is proposed,and the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to realize the probability assessment of the static voltage stability index of the system.Finally,through case analysis,it is verified that the uncertainty of high permeability new energy leads to a larger distribution range of static voltage stability indicators in the system and an increase in the probability of system instability.Reasonable configuration of DSSC can effectively improve the static voltage stability of power systems.The proposed method can accurately reflect the impact of new energy uncertainty on the stability of the power grid,and has certain engineering application value.
