摘 要:植物染工艺天然环保,染色效果独特,在纺织行业应用范围广泛。相比其他染料染色,植物染容易有各种瑕疵,需要在工艺上进行改善。探究植物染的瑕疵成因、瑕疵类别及瑕疵对植物染技艺的影响,并通过一系列避瑕试验改善部分目前存在的瑕疵,使植物染技艺能够被更好地传承、创新,长久发展。The plant dyeing process has been widely used in the textile industry due to its natural environmental protection advantages and unique dyeing effects.Compared with other dyes dyeing,the plant dyeing process is prone to forming various defects that need to be improved in the process.The causes,types,and effects of defects in the plant dye⁃ing process are investigated.Some existing defects are addressed through a series of defect-avoidance experiments,en⁃abling plant dyeing techniques to be better inherited,innovated and developed in the long term.
