摘　　要：采用喷雾洗水设备对数码印制牛仔成衣进行喷雾加软、烘干,并与常规普洗加工进行对比。结果表明,喷雾洗水设备在印制牛仔效果成衣的后处理加工中具备节水节能、省时高效的优点,处理后效果与常规普洗方式接近,具备推广价值。A new process of digital printing denim effect garment softening treatment by using spray washing equip⁃ment was investigated,and comparing it with conventional normal garment washing process.The results show that spray washing has the advantages of water and energy conservation,time-saving,and high efficiency in the post-processing of printed denim garments.The processed effect is similar to that of the conventional normal garment washing,which can be applied in bulk production.
