摘　　要：个体对极繁主义服饰的搭配作为一种“属我”的身体实践,通过对宽大廓形的选择、夸张色彩与图案的并置于重组,使得拥有既定风格的消费市场上的服饰产生了属于个体自己的意义与风格。同时,极繁主义爱好者也遵循着以情感宣泄为目的的设计理念,通过在繁复元素的堆叠中寻找秩序与主题,使服饰成为私人化的探索、构建和表达自我的非语言型工具。然而,个体通过对极繁主义服饰的搭配所建构出的理想自我仍难以完全摆脱他者的潜在影响,尤其是在资本主体的引导下,服饰已经在某种程度上从个体进行自我表达的工具变为了一种被精心设计的、促进消费的欲望载体。在这样的环境下,个体在选择和搭配服饰时应更注重其与身心的契合度,使服饰更好地发挥促进身心合一的作用。Through the selection of loose-fitting clothing and the integration of exaggerated colors and patterns,individuals endow their garments with personal meanings and styles.Through their own designs,they infuse order and emotion into the chaotic clothing,transforming it into a personalized tool for self-expression.However,maximalist fashion still struggles to completely disentangle itself from the potential influence of others,especially the manipulation from commercial logic.In such a situation,individuals should pay greater attention to harness the power of clothing in facilitating the unity of body and mind.
