摘  要:某化工企业甲醇中心净化装置冷凝液汽提系统夹套管不锈钢内管发生开裂泄漏,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相分析、硬度测试、能谱分析和断口扫描电镜分析等手段对失效原因进行了分析。结果显示:夹套管不锈钢内管力学性能不符合标准要求,且内部凹坑与裂纹均在酸洗前已存在,为原始制造缺陷。The stainless steel inner tube cracked in the jacketed pipe of condensate stripping system of methanol center purification unit in a certain chemical enterprise.The failure reason was analyzed through macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,metallographic analysis,hardness testing,energy spectrum analysis and fracture scanning electron microscopy analysis.It was concluded that the mechanical properties of stainless steel inner tube in the jacketed pipe could not meet standard requirements,and internal pits and cracks already exist before acid washing,which were original manufacturing defects.
