摘　　要：青少年特发性脊柱侧凸是指患者在青少年时期无特殊诱因产生的一种复杂的脊柱三维畸形,在所有侧凸类型中最为常见,占85%以上。脊柱侧凸影响青少年身心健康,进而影响学业及生活质量。本文对国内外目前临床常用保守治疗方法的研究进展进行综述。旨在为青少年脊柱侧凸保守治疗方案的选择和制定提供参考,从而提高临床医疗质量,并为今后的研究提供方向和思路。Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis refers to a complex three-dimensional deformity of the spine produced by patients in adolescence without special causes.It is the most common type of scoliosis,accounting for more than 85%among all.Scoliosis affects the physical and mental health of adolescents,which in turn affects their academic performance and quality of life.This article reviews the research progress of the current clinical practice and the current mainstream conservative treatment methods at home and abroad.The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the selection and formulation of conservative treatment plans for adolescents with scoliosis,so as to improve the quality of clinical care,and provide directions and ideas for future research.
