摘  要:针对当前水利安全风险管控能力提升的需求,研究了面向水利工程安全风险管控与隐患排查的双预控智能决策系统关键技术。构建了基于微服务架构的水利工程安全风险评价模型库,研发了基于机器学习的安全风险智能分级评价技术及任务场景驱动下的隐患集挖掘预警技术,设计并实现了水利工程安全风险管控和隐患排查双预控智能决策系统,提升了水利安全风险防控的智能化水平,科学防范和有效遏制了水利生产安全事故。In response to the current demand for improvement of water conservancy project safety risk pre⁃vention and control capabilities,the key techniques of dual pre⁃control intelligent decision system facing the risk management and control of water conservancy project are researched.The safety risk evaluation model base of water conservancy project is established,and the techniques of risk classification intelligent evalua⁃tion based on machine learning and forewarning of hidden dangers set mining driven by task scenario is built.The system realizes the dual pre⁃control intelligent decision system facing the risk management and control of water conservancy project,which improves the intelligent level of water conservancy project safety risk prevention and control.Meanwhile,water conservancy production safety accidents can be also preven⁃ted or treated scientifically and effectively.
