摘  要:色氨酸合酶α亚基(tryptophan synthase alpha chain,TSA),通过将吲哚磷酸甘油酯醛裂解为吲哚,调控植物体内的吲哚水平,对植物生长发育起重要的作用。为探究玉米TSA(ZmTSA)基因家族对胁迫的响应机制,本研究对B73-REFERENCE-GRAMENE-4.0版玉米基因组数据进行筛选鉴定,共鉴定出8个TSA家族成员,定位于4条染色体上,不均等分布。ZmTSA基因长度、外显子、内含子数量差异较大;基因有9个保守基序,其中两个保守基序为所有成员所共有;ZmTSA基因可以分为两个类群;ZmTSA基因定位于细胞核、细胞质和叶绿体上,二级结构主要由α-螺旋和无规则卷曲组成,多数成员三级结构相似;ZmTSA家族受多种胁迫调控,生长发育过程中呈多种表达模式。本研究为ZmTSA基因家族后续的研究提供理论依据。Tryptophan synthase subunit(TSA)plays an important role in plant growth and development by contro-Iling the indole level in plants through the cleavage of indole glyceryl phosphate aldehyde to indole.In order to explore the response mechanism of maize TSA gene family to stress,this study screened and identified the whole genome data of B73-REFERENCE-GRAMENE-4.0 version of maize,and identified 8 members of TSA family,which were located on 4 chromosomes,and were distributed unevenly.The bioinformatics analysis found.The length,exons and introns of ZmTSA gene were different,there were 9 conserved motifs,two of which were common to all members,and ZmTSA gene could be divided into two groups.The ZmTSA gene is located in the nucleus,cytoplasm and chloroplast,and the secondary structure is composed ofα-helix and random coil.,and most of its members have similar tertiary structures.The ZmTSA family is regulated by various stresses and exhibits diverse expression patterns during growth and development.This study provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study of ZmTSA gene family.
