摘  要:籽粒大小和重量是玉米产量的重要组成部分,同时籽粒大小也是影响外观品质的重要因素。本研究利用甜玉米自交系SHL03和SHL01为亲本构建的F_(2:3)群体,对完熟期玉米籽粒性状的粒长、粒宽、籽粒直径和百粒重进行QTL定位。共定位到35个相关的QTL,位于玉米的10条染色体上,其中百粒重QTL 5个,籽粒大小QTL 30个,解释表型变异的2.44%~12.2%。主效QTL qKD10、qHKW7、qKW6的表型贡献率分别为11.44%、12.2%、10.15%。在3、6、9、10号染色体上同一区域内检测到了控制不同性状的基因组区段。从主效QTL的置信区间共找到27个注释基因,根据功能注释以及表达谱分析筛选出候选基因Zm00001d023994、Zm00001d035561、Zm00001d024027、Zm00001d020325、Zm00001d020374、Zm00001d020311、Zm00001d020409直接或者间接影响着玉米籽粒的发育。研究结果为甜玉米籽粒大小和百粒重性状的遗传研究和分子标记辅助育种提供了一定帮助。The kernel size and weight are important components of grain yield,and kernel size is also an important factor affecting appearance quality in maize.In this study,QTL of kernel length,kernel width,kernel diameter and 100-kernel weight were mapped using F_(2:3) population derived from sweet corn inbred lines SHL03 and SHL01 as parents.Five QTL for 100-kernel weight and thirty QTL for kernel size were detected,and interpreting 2.44%~12.2%of the phenotypic variation.Three major QTL,qKD10,qHKW7 and qKW6,were interpreting 11.44%,12.2%,and 10.15%of phenotypic variation,respectively.Genome segments controlling different traits were detected in the same regions on 3,6,9,and 10 chromosomes.According to expression profile analysis and functional annotation,a total of 27 candidate genes were found on the confidence intervals of major QTL.It was predicted that maize genes Zm00001d023994,Zm00001d035561,Zm00001d024027,Zm00001d020325,Zm00001d020374,Zm00001d020311,and Zm00001d020409 would be involved in formation of kernel size.These results would helpful for genetic study on kernel size and 100-kernel weight traits,and provide marker for molecular-assisted selection of kernel size traits in breeding of sweet corn.
