摘 要:本研究旨在探讨蝶豆提取物(Clitoria ternatea Linn.extract,CTE)与运动结合对帕金森病(PD)大鼠模型的神经保护作用。通过给予PD模型大鼠不同剂量的蝶豆提取物和运动训练,观察其对行为学表现、中脑结构以及关键神经途径的影响。结果显示,蝶豆提取物和运动的联合应用,能显著改善大鼠的运动功能,减轻中脑神经损伤,且在多巴胺合成酶(TH)的表达增加和α-Syn的表达减少方面具有协同作用。此外,联合治疗上调了中脑抗氧化因子Nrf2的表达,抑制了炎症因子NF-κB的活化。研究揭示了蝶豆提取物联合运动通过抗氧化和抗炎途径协同发挥神经保护作用,可能成为未来PD综合治疗策略的有效组成部分。本研究为蝶豆提取物和运动在PD治疗中的应用提供了实验依据和理论支持。This study aims to explore the neuroprotective effects of Clitoria ternatea Linn.extract(CTE)in combination with exercise on a rat model of Parkinson's disease(PD).Different dosages of CTE and exercise training were administered to PD model rats to observe their effects on behavioral performance,midbrain structure,and key neural pathways.The results demonstrated that the combined application of CTE and exercise significantly improved motor function in rats,alleviated midbrain neuronal damage,and exerted a synergistic effect in increasing the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and decreasing the expression ofα-synuclein(α-Syn).Additionally,the combined treatment upregulated the expression of the antioxidative factor Nrf2 in the midbrain and inhibited the activation of the inflammatory factor NF-κB.The study revealed that CTE combined with exercise exerts neuroprotective effects through antioxidative and anti-inflammatory pathways,potentially becoming an effective component of future comprehensive therapeutic strategies for PD.This research provides experimental evidence and theoretical support for the application of CTE and exercise in the treatment of PD.
