摘 要:随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,种业作为农业的基础产业,在推动乡村经济发展、提升农民生活水平中扮演着至关重要的角色。本研究以玉米制种产业为案例,探讨了种业与乡村振兴产业合作模式的实施效果及其经济、社会和环境效益,旨在为乡村振兴提供实证支持和政策建议。通过深入分析张掖市玉米制种产业的合作模式,本研究发现合作社模式、企业+农户模式、产学研合作模式等均能有效促进玉米制种产业的发展,增强产业竞争力,提升农民收入,促进乡村振兴。研究还对合作模式的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益进行了综合评估,结果显示合作模式不仅促进了玉米制种产业的经济增长,还有利于社会稳定和环境保护。基于研究结果,本研究提出了优化政策支持、增强产业链协同、鼓励技术创新和环境保护等政策建议,也进一步阐述了研究的局限性和未来研究方向。With the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategies,the seed industry,as the foundational industry of agriculture,plays a crucial role in promoting rural economic development and improving farmers'living standards.This study,taking the corn seed industry as a case,explores the implementation effects of cooperation models between the seed industry and rural revitalization industries and their economic,social,and environmental benefits,aiming to provide empirical support and policy recommendations for rural revitalization.Through an in-depth analysis of the cooperation models in the corn seed industry in Zhangye City,this study finds that cooperative society models,enterprise+farmer models,and industry-academia-research cooperation models can effectively promote the development of the corn seed industry,enhance industrial competitiveness,increase farmers'income,and foster rural revitalization.The study also conducted a comprehensive assessment of the economic,social,and environmental benefits of these cooperation models,showing that these models not only promote the economic growth of the corn seed industry but also contribute to social stability and environmental protection.Based on the findings,this study proposes policy recommendations for optimizing policy support,enhancing industry chain collaboration,encouraging technological innovation,and environmental protection,and further elaborates on the limitations of the research and directions for future studies.
