摘 要:目的探讨采用超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取龙胆中龙胆苦苷的效果。方法以氯化胆碱为氢键受体,乙二醇、丙三醇等为氢键供体,合成不同类型的低共熔溶剂,以龙胆苦苷的提取率为评价目标,筛选合适的低共熔溶剂,并对影响龙胆苦苷提取率的主要因素进行系统考察,获取最佳的龙胆苦苷提取工艺参数,并将其与传统溶剂提取龙胆苦苷的效果比较。结果以氯化胆碱和乳酸为原材料合成的低共熔溶剂,龙胆苦苷提取率为(5.75±0.12)%,提取效果较传统溶剂具有较大的优势。结论低共熔溶剂可选择性高效提取中药材中药效物质,有非常大的应用潜力。Objective To study the extraction effect of gentiopicroside from Gentianae Radix with ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent.Methods Different types of deep eutectic solvent were synthesized with choline chloride as hydrogen bond donor and ethylene glycol and glycerol as hydrogen bond acceptors.With the extraction ratio of gentiopicroside as the evaluation objective,suitable low eutectic solvents were screened,and the main factors affecting the extraction efficiency of gentiopicroside were systematically investigated to obtain the best extraction parameters of gentiopicroside.The effect of extracting gentiopicroside with traditional solvent was compared.Results With choline chloride and lactic acid as raw materials,the extraction yield of gentiopicroside is(5.75±0.12)%,and the extraction effect has greater advantages than the traditional solvent.Conclusion Deep eutectic solvent can selectively and efficiently extract medicinal substances from Chinese medicinal materials,which has great application potential.
