均匀设计法对四种中药抗血栓作用配比优化研究

摘　　要：优化三七、天麻、水蛭、灯盏乙素抗血栓作用的组方配比,为深入研究提供实验依据。采用四因素六水平均匀设计试验考察三七、天麻、水蛭、灯盏乙素组方中各剂量的最佳配比,并通过测定小鼠出血时间及ADP诱导小鼠急性肺血栓模型,观察药物对小鼠抗血栓作用的影响。研究结果初步确定三七总皂苷、天麻提取物、水蛭冻干及灯盏花乙素改善血栓形成的最佳剂量配比为10∶10∶150∶30 mg/kg。To optimize the composition ratio of the anti-thrombotic effect of Panax notoginseng,Erigeron breviscapus,leech and Scutellarin,providing the experimental basis for in-depth study.A experimental design of four-factors,six-levels was used to investigate the optimal ratio of the doses of Panax notoginseng,Erigeron breviscapus,leech and Scutellarin,and the effect of the herbs on the antithrombotic effect on mice was observed by measuring the bleeding time and ADP-induced acute pulmonary thrombosis model.The results of the study initially determined that the optimal dose ratio of Panax notoginseng,Erigeron breviscapus,leech and Scutellarin,providing for improving thrombosis was 10∶10∶150∶30 mg/kg.
