中医药治疗变应性接触性皮炎的研究概况

摘　　要：变应性接触性皮炎是一种由皮肤接触变应原而导致的炎症性皮肤病,患病人群广,严重影响患者的身心健康。由于变应性接触性皮炎发病病因复杂、病情反复发作性、症状重且无特效治疗方法。因此文章对变应性接触性皮炎的病因病机、中医药治疗变应性接触性皮炎的方法及作用机制进行归纳与总结。治疗变应性接触性皮炎的中医药方法包括单味中药、中药单体成分、中药内服复方制剂、中药外用复方制剂、中医药特色疗法及中医药联合疗法等,其作用机制主要是抑制炎症反应,调节免疫平衡,降低机体氧化应激、调控相关通路及蛋白表达等。Allergic contact dermatitis is an inflammatory skin disease caused by skin contact with allergens.It has a wide range of patients and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Due to the complex etiology of Allergic contact dermatitis,recurrent,heavy symptoms and no specific treatment.Therefore,this article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of Allergic contact dermatitis,the methods and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Allergic contact dermatitis.The traditional Chinese medicine methods for the treatment of Allergic contact dermatitis include single Chinese medicine,single Chinese medicine components,internal Chinese medicine compound preparations,external Chinese medicine compound preparations,Chinese medicine characteristic therapy and Chinese medicine combination therapy,etc.The main mechanism of action is to inhibit inflammatory reactions,regulate immune balance,reduce oxidative stress in the body,regulate related pathways and protein expression,etc.
