摘　　要：为保证取送样系统换向器长期高效稳定运行,防止放射性物质外泄,针对取送样系统换向器的机械密封结构开展相关研究,从技术方案和换向工作原理分析,到结合工程需要对机械密封结构研究设计,再到测试验证,最终研制出符合工程各项要求的换向器。在换向器核心密封结构设计上,采用了波纹管密封结构,以适应换向器管道与入口管道相对转动;轴承采用双列角接触球轴承,可以承受径向负荷和作用在两个方向的轴向负荷;同时,波纹管座与管道间预留了0.1 mm间隙的小凸缘,防止在转动换向的过程中使波纹管产生疲劳。试验前后各管道对接单体气密性稳定,保证15 min内的泄漏率小于10%;试验过程中21 L容积下,30 min压力下降1 kPa左右,满足气密封要求,研究成果已在核化工工程项目的取送样系统中应用,并获得了正向反馈。In order to ensure the long-term efficient and stable operation of the commutator of the sampling system and prevent the leakage of radioactive materials,relevant study is carried out on the mechanical seal structure of the commutator of the sampling system.From the analysis of the technical scheme and the working principle of commutation,to the study and design of the mechanical seal structure in combination with the needs of the project,and then to the test and verification,and finally a commutator that meets the requirements of the project was developed.In the design of the core sealing structure of the commutator,the bellows sealing structure is adopted to adapt to the relative rotation of the commutator pipe and the inlet pipeline;The bearing adopts double row angular contact ball bearing,which can withstand the radial load and the axial load acting in both directions.At the same time,a small flange with a gap of 0.1 mm is reserved between the bellows seat and the pipe to prevent fatigue of the bellows during the process of rotation and commutation.The air tightness of each pipeline docking cell before and after the test is stable,and the leakage rate within 15 min is less than 10%;During the test,under the 21 L volume,the pressure drop of about 1 kPa in 30min met the requirements of gas sealing,and the study results have been applied in the sampling system of nuclear chemical engineering projects,and positive feedback has been obtained.
