摘 要:提高钻井作业时效对于确保垦利6-1油田勘探开发效益至关重要。针对垦利6-1油田部分井钻探过程中泥岩井段存在的倒划眼频繁憋压、蹩扭矩影响钻井质量问题,引入实施了钻进“零短起”技术,该技术通过一趟钻井完成井眼的打开,避免了钻进过程中出现的卡钻和划出新井眼问题,有效保障了钻井连续性和效率,显著提高了钻井效率,大大降低了海上钻井作业成本,经济效益显著。同时该技术也为其我国其它海洋油气田的高效钻井作业提供了有效技术参考。Improving the efficiency of drilling operations is crucial for ensuring the exploration and development benefits of Kenli 6-1 oilfield.In response to the frequent pressure holding and poor torque affecting drilling quality in the mudstone section of the drilling process of some wells in Kenli 6-1 oilfield,the"zero short start"drilling technology has been introduced and implemented.This technology completes the opening of the wellbore through a single drilling trip,avoiding the problems of stuck and new wellbore during the drilling process,effectively ensuring drilling continuity and efficiency,significantly improving drilling efficiency,and greatly reducing the cost of offshore drilling operations,Significant economic benefits.At the same time,this technology also provides effective technical references for efficient drilling operations in other offshore oil and gas fields in China.
