摘 要:石油钻井是一个复杂工程,钻头钻进过程中会出现诸多异常情况,卡钻是常见的钻井事故,若处理不好会严重影响钻井速度,甚至导致井眼报废。本文在对卡钻原因分析基础上,明确卡钻类型,重点对卡点位置点位置和限制钻杆扭转圈数等参数计算方法进行分析,同时对粘吸卡钻、坍塌卡钻、砂桥卡钻预防措施及处理对策进行研究,并以某井为例,分析卡钻处理效果,所取得成果及认识对卡钻事故正确处理有一定指导意义。Oil drilling is a complex engineering project,and there are many abnormal situations during the drilling process of the drill bit.Stuck drilling is a common drilling accident.If not handled properly,it can seriously affect the drilling speed and even lead to wellbore scrapping.On the basis of analyzing the causes of stuck drilling,this article clarifies the types of stuck drilling,focuses on analyzing the calculation methods of parameters such as the position of stuck points and the number of restricted drill pipe torsion circles.At the same time,it studies the preventive measures and treatment strategies for sticking stuck drilling,collapse stuck drilling,and sand bridge stuck drilling.Taking a certain well as an example,it analyzes the effectiveness of stuck drilling treatment,and the results and understanding obtained have certain guiding significance for the correct handling of stuck drilling accidents.
