摘 要:渤海X构造属于常压地层,1井和2井明化镇、馆陶组地层地应力集中,极易发生井壁失稳。从井身结构设计优化、膨润土深钻技术、钻井液性能优化三个方面分析,该技术在3井实钻中取得良好效果,可以减少作业中的复杂情况,达到缩短钻井周期和提高机械钻速的目的,3井较1井钻井时效提高20.70%,为后续该区块的勘探钻井作业提供参考。The X structure of Bohai Sea belongs to the normal pressure formation.The strata of Minghuazhen and Guantao formations in Well 1 and Well 2 are prone to shaft wall instability due to the concentrated in-situ stress.Based on the analysis of well structure design optimization,bentonite deep drilling technology and drilling fluid performance optimization,this technology has achieved good results in the actual drilling of 3 Wells,which can reduce the complexity of the operation,achieve the purpose of shortening the drilling cycle and improving the mechanical drilling rate.The drilling time of 3 Wells is increased by 20.70%compared with that of 1 well,providing a reference for the subsequent exploration drilling operations in this block.
