摘 要:采用GB/T 1033.2-2010附录A中相关方法配制密度梯度柱,对配制过程中涉及到的计算和影响因素进行了研究,发现轻重液密度及体积的选择、混合液配比决定着标准浮子的分布,混合液体系的选择、注液速度及搅拌速度等因素影响浮子密度(ρ)-浮子高度(H)曲线的线性,针对这些因素给出了优化建议,可以提高密度梯度柱配制的成功率。Density gradient columns were prepared using the relevant methods in Appendix A of GB/T 1033.2-2010.The calculation and influencing factors involved in the preparation process were studied.It was found that the selection of density and volume of light and heavy liquids,the ratio of mixed liquids determined the distribution of standard floats,and factors such as the selection of mixed liquid system,injection speed,and stirring speed affected the density of floats(ρ)-The linearity of the float height(H)curve.provides optimization suggestions for these factors,which can improve the success rate of density gradient column configuration.
