摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,绿色、环保的理念不断应用于建筑项目中,全面落实各项可持续发展战略,实现资源的优化利用,保护生态环境,对于现代社会发展和建设具有重要意义。在建筑工程领域,全面落实绿色建筑设计理念,有效执行各项绿色理念,才能不断提升设计水平,满足人们生活需要和当前建筑工程领域发展的需要,也能够避免环境污染和资源浪费等问题。文章通过对房屋设计应用绿色建筑理念的原则分析和介绍,对绿色建筑设计理念及其在房屋设计中的应用展开深度探讨,旨在提高绿色建筑设计理念应用水平,促进绿色化房屋设计工作发展。With the continuous develop ment of China’s econo my and society,the concepts of green and environ mental protection are constantly applied in construction projects,co mprehensively i mple menting various sustainable develop ment strategies,achieving opti mal utilization of resources,and protecting the ecological environ ment,which is of great significance for the develop ment and construction of modern society.In the field of construction engineering,fully i mple menting the concept of green building design and effectively i mple menting various green concepts is necessary to continuously i mprove the design level,meet people’s living needs and the current develop ment needs of the construction engineering field,and also avoid environ mental pollution and resource waste.The article analyzes and introduces the principles of applying green building concepts in housing design,and deeply explores the application of green building design concepts in housing design,ai ming to i mprove the level of application of green building design concepts and pro mote the develop ment of green housing design work.
