摘　　要：针对现有矿用本安电源体积大、效率低的问题,提出了应用氮化镓合封开关电源芯片设计的反激式开关型矿用本安电源。将AC 85~250 V输入转换为DC 12.5 V、2.5 A两路本安输出,使功率密度增加一倍。测试结果表明,这款本安电源输出稳定、效率高、纹波小,输出参数满足本安要求。In response to the problems of large volume and low efficiency of existing mining intrinsic safety power supply,proposed a flyback switch type mining intrinsic safety power supply that is designed by using gallium nitride encapsulated switching power supply chips.Converts AC 85-250 V input to DC 12.5 V,2.5 A two intrinsic safe outputs,then doubles the power density.The test results show that this intrinsically safe power supply has stable output,high efficiency and small ripple,and the output parameters meet the requirements of intrinsic safety.
