摘 要:利用瓦斯卸压钻孔、探放水钻孔空间进行孔中物探是矿井勘探技术发展的一个新方向,钻孔物探技术可以有效延伸勘探的距离、范围,提升对孔周地质条件的勘探精度。基于孔中物探技术所具有的优势,提出了一种快速插接式推杆结构用以输送孔中物探仪器,通过对该结构进行总体方案设计、结构设计、机械加工与工况测试,对设计理念进行了充分验证。测试结果表明:快速插接式推杆实现了推送杆的快速联接,缩短了联接时间,提高了探测效率,孔中物探仪器用燕尾槽快速插接式推杆整体抗振能力强,联接稳定可靠,不存在出现脱杆或推杆联接不利等现象,达到了预期的设计效果。It is a new direction for the development of mine exploration technology to use gas pressure relief borehole and water exploration borehole space for geophysical exploration.Borehole geophysical exploration technology can effectively extend the exploration distance and scope,and improve the exploration accuracy of geological conditions around the borehole.Based on the advantages of borehole geophysical exploration technology,a kind of quick plug-in push-rod structure was proposed to deliver the borehole geophysical exploration instrument.The design concept was fully verified through the overall scheme design,structure design,machining and working condition test of the structure.The test results show that the quick plug-in push-rod realizes the quick connection of the push-rod,shorths the connection time,and improves the detection efficiency.The dovetail slot quick plug-in push-rod for borehole geophysical exploration instrument has strong overall seismic capability,stable and reliable connection,there is no disconnecting rod or unfavorable connection of the push-rod,and the expected design effect is achieved.
