摘　　要：采煤机是综采工作面生产的重要设备之一,在煤矿生产过程中会产生大量粉尘,如果喷雾效果不好,不仅污染井下工作面、危害人体健康、影响观测截煤情况,而且在一定条件下可造成煤尘或瓦斯爆炸。针对这一情况,设计了一种喷雾压力高、效果好的采煤机外喷雾系统,使喷雾效果达到最佳,从而将采煤过程中的粉尘降至最低,改善井下工作环境。Shearer is one of the important equipment in the production of fully mechanized mining face.During the production of coal mine,a lot of dust will be produced.If the spraying effect is not good,not only pollute the underground working face,endanger human health,affect the observation of coal cutting,but also cause coal dust or gas explosion under certain conditions.In view of this situation,designed a kind of shearer external spraying system with high spraying pressure and good effect,and made the spraying effect reach the best,so as to reduce the dust in the coal mining process to the minimum and improve the underground working environment.
