摘 要:钻杆是液压钻机的关键工作部件。针对钻杆扭矩释放需求,设计了一套液压和电控系统。在构建机-电-液仿真模型的基础上,对液压系统和控制算法进行了性能测试和系统优化。通过样机试验验证了设计及仿真的正确性,为液压钻机钻杆的系统设计提供了新的解决方法。The drill pipe is a key working component of a hydraulic drilling rig.In response to the torque release requirements of the drill pipe,designed a hydraulic and an electrical control system.Based on the construction of a mechanical electrical hydraulic simulation model,performance testing and system optimization were carried out on the hydraulic system and control algorithm.The correctness of the design and simulation was ultimately verified through prototype testing,which provides a new solution for the system design of hydraulic drilling rig drill pipe.
