摘　　要：采煤机作为井下煤炭开采的主要设备,工作时会产生大量的粉尘和热量,采煤机的喷雾冷却系统起着至关重要的作用。从采煤机喷雾、冷却两方面进行阐述,对比多种形式冷却器,对其优缺点进行了分析,对喷雾系统喷嘴及内喷雾组件结构形式进行了分析,综合提升了采煤机喷雾冷却系统性能。As the main equipment of underground coal mining,the shearer will produce a lot of dust and heat when working.The spray cooling system of the shearer plays a vital role.Expounded from the aspects of spray and cooling of shearer,compared various types of coolers,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,and analyzed the structural forms of spray system nozzles and internal spray components,which comprehensively improves the performance of shearer spray cooling system.
