摘  要:对满足采高1.2~2.0 m、适应最大倾角68°的急倾斜薄煤层采煤机牵引传动系统关键技术进行研究。分别研究了紧凑型大扭矩牵引传动系统总体技术、急倾斜高可靠性行走系统、重载调速和负荷平衡技术三方面关键内容,可有效提高急倾斜薄煤层采煤机的牵引爬坡能力和控制可靠性。该研究成果已在四川达竹集团、川煤集团等国内大型煤炭生产企业推广应用,极大促进了急倾斜采煤机技术的进步和煤矿生产效率的提高,为复杂地质条件下急倾斜薄煤层的安全开采提供了装备技术保障,推广应用前景十分广阔。The key technology of traction drive system of steeply inclined thin seam shearer was studied,which can meet the mining height of 1.2-2.0 m and adapt to the maximum dip angle of 68°.The overall technology of the compact high-torque traction drive system,the steeply inclined high-reliability travel system,the heavy-load speed regulation and the load balance technology were studied respectively in three key aspects,which can effectively improve the traction climbing ability and control reliability of the steeply inclined thin coal seam shearer.The research results have been popularized and applied in large domestic coal production enterprises such as Sichuan Dazhu group and Sichuan coal group,which greatly promotes the progress of steeply inclined shearer technology and the improvement of coal mine production efficiency,and provids equipment and technology support for the safe mining of steeply inclined thin coal seam under complex geological conditions,and the popularization and application prospects are very broad.
