摘  要:以翻车机非靠车侧磁脉冲振打头的支撑机构为研究对象,分析其在运动过程中各杆件的受力并计算施加给磁脉冲振打头的预压力。首先对翻车机与支撑机构之间的运动状态进行分解,确定了4个变化阶段的状态;然后针对各个阶段的运动状态进行整体受力分析,推导了关键点的受力计算公式;最后给出了磁脉冲受到的预压力与翻车机旋转角度之间的变化关系。该理论方法对同类产品具有重要的参考和应用价值。Taking the support mechanism of the magnetic pulse vibration impulse head not on the side of the dumper as the object of study,the forces acting on each poles during the movement were analyzed and the pre-pressure applied to the magnetic pulse vibration impulse head was calculated.Firstly,the motion state between the dumper and the support mechanism was decomposed,and the states of four distinct changing were determined.Then,according to the motion state of each stage,the whole force analysis was carried out,and the force calculation formula of the key point was derived.Finally,the change of relationship between the prepressure of the magnetic pulse and the rotation angle of the dumper was given.The theoretical method has important reference and application value for similar products.
