摘　　要：介绍了煤矿井下顺槽破碎机主要结构形式,对影响分体式结构顺槽破碎机破碎轴装配的主要因素进行分析研究,提出了提高装配精度的装配、检测方法和控制措施,并在顺槽破碎机装配过程中进行了验证,取得了良好效果,为分体式破碎机破碎轴装配精度控制提供了一种全新的解决方案。Introduced the main structural forms of the crossheading crusher in underground coal mine,the main factors that affect the assembly of the crushing shaft in the split cross heading crushers were analyzed and studied.The assembly and detection methods,and control measures to improve assembly accuracy were proposed,which are verified during the assembly process of the slot crusher,and good results were achieved.A new solution is provided for the assembly accuracy control of the crushing shafts of the split crushers.
