摘 要:通过对不同加工工艺下液压油缸缸筒使用调质态冷拔管的加工效果进行验证,确定了调质态冷拔管的可加工性。然后通过对加工验证中存在的问题进行分析论证、查明原因并进行改进和再验证,最终确定了油缸缸筒使用调质态冷拔管加工时需注意的要点以及一种稳定、高效的调质态冷拔管加工工艺。The machining effect of using the quenched and tempered cold-drawn pipe for the hydraulic cylinder barrel under different processing technologies were verified,and the machinability of quenched and tempered cold-drawn pipe was determined.Then,by analyzing and demonstrating the problems that existed in the processing verification,identifying the causes and carrying out improvements and revalidation,the key points to be paid attention to when using quenched and tempered cold-drawn pipe for processing oil cylinder barrel and a stable and efficient quenched and tempered cold-drawn pipe processing technology were finally determined.
