摘　　要：针对薄煤层开采用刮板输送机常因机头卧底量较小、下三角煤割透能力较差而增加开采难度的问题,提出了一种可适应薄煤层开采的低矮型机头传动部组件。该机头传动部组件采用标准6齿链轮组件,可适应φ30 mm×108 mm规格圆环链,总功率可适配到400 kW,能满足薄煤层220 m长运距的输送要求,且该机头在工作之中完全能满足巷道自适应的要求。In view of the problem that increasing mining difficulty often due to the small amount of under cutting at the machine head for scraper conveyor in thin coal seam mining,and poor cutting ability of the lower triangular coal seam,a transmission components of the low-profile machine head suitable for the thin coal seam mining has been proposed.The transmission component of the machine head adopts a standard six-tooth sprocket component,which can adapt to the φ30 mm×108 mm specification round-link chain.The total power can be adapted to 400 kW,which can meet the transportation requirements of 220 m long transport distance in the thin coal seam.The machine head can fully meet the requirements of roadway self-adaptation during work.
