摘  要:针对软岩巷道在反底拱作业中掘进与巷道修复效率严重失衡的问题,设计了智能拱形升降连续输送系统。该系统跟随在自移机尾之后与掘进设备随动跟进,在需要反底拱作业的区域,通过各类型油缸的协同动作将连续桁架梁的中部区域起拱升高,为反底拱施工形成有效空间,满足不停机连续输送的要求,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了巷道修复效率。In view of the serious imbalance between excavation and roadway repair efficiency in the reverse arch operation of soft rock roadway,an intelligent arch lifting continuous conveying system was designed.The system follows the tail of the self-shifting machine and can follow the moving track of the excavation equipment.In the area that need the reverse arch operation,the central area of the continuous truss beam were arched and raised by the coordinated action of various types of oil cylinders,in order to form an effective space for reverse arch construction,meet the requirements of continuous conveying without stopping the machine,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the efficiency of roadway repair.
