摘  要:总结了采煤机螺旋滚筒的设计经验,阐述了对滚筒转速、切削厚度、螺旋升角、叶片头数和导程等参数的计算,同时对截齿的排列、截线距的设计进行了分析,对行业中普遍存在的小直径螺旋滚筒装煤效果差的问题提出改进方法,通过实际生产验证,极大地改善滚筒装煤效果,可保证安全生产的顺利进行,为行业中此类问题提供了参考。The design experiences of shearer spiral drum were summarized,the parameters calculation of the roller speed,cutting thickness,spiral lifting angle,blade head number and lead length were expounded.At the same time,the arrangement of the cutting teeth and the design of the cutting line distance were analyzed.The improvement method for the problem of poor coal loading effect of small diameter spiral drum commonly existed in the industry was put forward.Through actual production verification,the coal loading effect has been greatly improved,which can ensure the smooth progress of production safety,and provides a reference for such problems in the industry.
